Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at their Cleveland Middlesbrough Simply Food store. This part-time role involves working behind the scenes to ensure the store runs smoothly, including managing stock, handling deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing stock and deliveries efficiently

- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store

- Working flexibly across different areas of the store

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock

- Collaborating with colleagues to meet customer demands

The role requires flexibility, as you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods. You must be 18 years or older and digitally confident. The work pattern varies, with set shifts provided.

**Work Pattern:** Week 1:

- Sunday: 04:00 - 12:00

- Wednesday: 04:00 - 12:00

- Friday: 14:00 - 22:00

Week 2:

- Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00

- Saturday: 14:00 - 22:00

**Additional Information:**

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- Possible requirement to work up to full-time hours during peak periods
