## Description

The Cloud Solutions Engineer supports cloud-based customer experience platforms through the development, integration, testing, and optimization of conversational AI and contact center solutions.

This role translates business and technical requirements into secure, scalable solutions and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused technologies.

The Cloud Solutions Engineer is responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting cloud solutions utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google CX Agent Studio, and related contact center technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.

- Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.

- Support contact center modernization efforts, including migration and transformation initiatives.

- Configure and support GCP services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring.

- Develop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflow orchestration.

- Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.

- Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.

- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.

- Apply enterprise standards for security, CI/CD, monitoring, and software development best practices.

- Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or application development.

- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Passion for improving consumer and customer experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google CX Agent Studio, conversational AI, or contact center technologies.

- Experience with cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integrations.

**Work Arrangements:**

- Remote position with occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings.

- Must have a dedicated workspace with minimal interruptions and a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.

**Salary and Benefits:**

- The compensation range for this role is $89,000 - $121,400 per year.

- Eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
