## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at West End Retail Park in Glasgow. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and meet strong customer demand.

**Work Pattern:**

- Thursday: 18:00-22:00

- Friday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 17:00-21:00

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver five-star service at pace, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering seamless customer experiences

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
