## Description

Cisco is seeking a Presales / Solution Architect Manager to lead and grow solutions engineering teams across Greater China and Japan.

The successful candidate will lead a multi-country team of Solutions Engineers and Architects who sit at the centre of Cisco’s AI transformation in Northeast Asia.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning the technical sales strategy for AI and agentic workloads across the region

- Leading high-stakes customer engagements with CXOs, CTOs, and AI leaders

- Building and coaching a high-performing regional team

- Driving demand and market expansion through technical events and proof-of-concept programmes

- Operating as the connective tissue between Engineering, Customer Experience, partners, marketing, and the broader APJC AI practice

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI infrastructure, networking, security, and observability, as well as experience leading and inspiring teams across cultures and geographies.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree + 12 years relevant experience, Master’s + 8 years, or PhD + 5 years, plus at least 2 years of people leadership experience.
