## Description

At Gong, you will join a company that harnesses the power of AI to transform how revenue teams win.

In this role, you will be a key driver of pipeline creation and acceleration for Gong's Corporate segment, spanning Commercial (SMB) and Mid-Market segments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Owning the number: driving quarterly sourced pipeline targets for the Corporate segments

- Building the Corporate demand strategy: developing and executing a unified demand plan

- Leading with AI and automation: using tools like Clay, Claude, and AI agents to build enrichment, targeting, personalization, and orchestration workflows

- Testing relentlessly: bringing a first-principles, experimentation mindset

- Being the connective tissue: surfacing and packaging everything happening across Gong that Corporate sales can take advantage of

- Being self-sufficient with data: owning program measurement end-to-end

Requirements:

- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience

- Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and driving measurable revenue impact

- Deep hands-on expertise in scalable demand generation channels

- Demonstrated fluency with AI and automation tools

- A testing mindset

- Strong sales acumen and executive presence

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $134,000 - $210,000 USD.
