## Description

We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for supporting and modifying the deployment of manufacturing systems, including MES, ERP, and MRP. Your expertise will ensure reliability, data accuracy, and alignment with production workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and modifying the deployment of manufacturing systems, including MES, ERP, and MRP
• Leading system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and new module deployments
• Translating manufacturing process requirements into system logic, workflows, and data structures
• Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports to support production, quality, supply chain, and leadership decision-making
• Analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for partnering with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to improve processes using system-driven insights. You will also support lean manufacturing, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives through data and system automation.

If you have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, systems engineering, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience working with MES, ERP, and/or MRP systems in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
