## Description

We are seeking an experienced Investigation Team Lead to join our team in FWD Tower, Hong Kong.

The Role: You will lead and manage the Investigation Team, providing direction and oversight in carrying out its investigation responsibilities. You will assist the Chief Compliance Officer in managing the Distribution Disciplinary Committee and lead and oversee fraud and misconduct investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Investigation Team

- Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in managing the Distribution Disciplinary Committee

- Lead and oversee fraud and misconduct investigations

- Maintain appropriate investigation records and databases

- Act as the key liaison with law enforcement agencies and coordinate responses to investigation-related enquiries and information requests

- Coordinate and handle investigation-related enquiries and requests from regulators

- Prepare and coordinate regular investigation-related reporting to Management and relevant Committees

- Maintain and coordinate the Dawn Raid Plan

- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer

The Person:

- Bachelor Degree in law, accounting or business

- At least 15 years of compliance related working experience in financial institutions in Hong Kong with at least 5 years in insurance industry

- Relevant experience in dealing with regulators such as Hong Kong Insurance Authority, The Securities and Futures Commission

- Familiar with insurance related legislations and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong

- Fluent in written and spoken English & Cantonese

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

- Able to work independently and as a team player
