## Description

Join DWS, a global investment firm, and be part of an industry-leading team. The Revenue and Investments team supports the accounting processes for business events and financial transactions related to revenue and investment streams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform and review finance and accounting processes, including fee calculation, booking, invoicing, and settlement.

- Handle analysis, commentaries, and investigations for the Balance Sheet Substantiation process (BSS) and Flash process.

- Manage management reporting and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

- Provide support for internal and external audit requests.

- Deliver project requirements.

- Resolve operational issues and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance-related fields with accounting courses.

- Experience in financial and management reporting or analysis of financial data in Financial Services, Audit, or BPO industry.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Team player with collaborative and independent work style.

- Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.

- Proficient in MS Excel.

- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.

- Strong stakeholder management.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools like MS Copilot.
