## Description

The Coordinator, Visual Merchandising Operations will support the VM Manager and the AVP of VM across all activities planned on the distribution calendar. They will be responsible for translating and implementing visual standards, planograms, and guidelines set by the global team.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the VM manager on the implementation of the Global Charlotte Tilbury strategy across North America

- Ensuring new launches and in-store execution are delivered on time, in budget, and to brand standard across the region

- Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, regional managers, key retailers, and suppliers

- Updating and maintaining accurate planograms and guidelines per campaign

- Managing multiple projects at one time and delivering them on time

- Adapting global lightbox artwork for retailers within North America

- Creating presentations and design proposals alongside the VM and SD teams

- Raising purchase orders and controlling expenditure

- Managing projects after execution to ensure correct implementation

- Maintaining the maintenance program via Service Channel

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of related visual experience in wholesale and retail, preferably in the beauty industry

- Organized self-starter with excellent time and project management skills

- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills

- Proficient in Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud
