## Description

Brex is looking for an Accounting Channel Partner Manager to accelerate the growth of its accounting channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with high-potential accounting firms, crafting tailored go-to-market strategies, and driving client referrals to fuel revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships with high-potential accounting firms

- Craft and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for each partner

- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new partners and their teams

- Drive client referrals from accounting partners to fuel revenue growth for Brex

- Serve as a product expert, articulating Brex's value proposition to partners

- Work cross-functionally across marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients, and inform Brex's product roadmap

Requirements:

- 3+ years in a closing sales or partnerships role

- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets and quotas

- Ability to identify client needs through thoughtful questioning, active listening, and analysis

- Ability to deliver tailored, consultative solutions that align with partner's needs and business goals

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening skills

- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Compensation: The expected OTE range for this role is $135,600 - $169,500.
