## Description

We are seeking a Senior QA Specialist to work onsite in Bogotá, Colombia, supporting the Apex Legends team. As a Senior QA Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and excellence of the game. You will report to QA Leadership, helping set quality standards and best practices for our analyst and QA teams.

Responsibilities:

- Participate and support the team's testing tasks, and help resolve challenges including hardware and setup.

- Create, build, and manage detailed test scripts and plans.

- Compile and communicate data across different sources; monitor bug entry/data quality, investigate and track difficult bugs, and provide clear, actionable feedback.

- Serve as a communication bridge between QA and development teams.

- Absorb, apply, and help evolve EA QA processes; drive team adoption of best practices and quality data entry.

- Mentor and support junior team members.

- Actively suggest and help implement tools, automation, and data-driven efficiencies.

- Build effective working relationships with producers, designers, engineers, and QA colleagues across locations.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or similar roles.

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

- Experience with defect and task tracking tools.

- Potential ability to mentor others on process and quality topics.

- Familiarity with automated testing, telemetry, and data analysis.

- Passion for videogames with a strong player-first mindset.

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

- Comfortable making data-driven decisions, reporting on complex bugs, and compiling risk/status summaries.
