## Description

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at the GSK site in Évreux, France.

The GSK Production System (GPS) is our continuous improvement system aimed at achieving zero accidents, zero defects, and zero waste.

As a key member of the team, you will report to the GPS Site Lead and be responsible for deploying and implementing GPS across the site, as well as managing and delivering performance improvement projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

**Deploying GPS culture**

- Define and implement Lean transformation steps with teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

- Train and coach teams on Lean tools and principles, such as performance management, problem-solving, and Kaizen.

- Evaluate Lean maturity and monitor operational performance.

**Leadership, change management, and team collaboration**

- Motivate and engage teams around the GPS approach.

- Encourage ownership, generate new ideas, and promote Lean concepts at all levels.

- Support managers and coach employees to facilitate change and skill development.

**Monitoring, steering, and continuous improvement**

- Analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and manage impactful projects.

- Ensure regular reporting on results and industrial maturity.

**Requirements**

- Several years of experience in continuous improvement/Lean projects and/or operational management.

- Mastery of Lean tools in a large industrial organization (pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, aerospace, automotive, etc.).

- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, problem-solving, and Lean management.

- Experience in a production environment covering various activities (production, engineering, quality, logistics, etc.), ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong team spirit, pragmatism, commitment, and curiosity.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Good command of English.
