## Consultant Avant Vente (Field Service Agentforce)

As a Consultant Avant Vente (Field Service Agentforce) at Salesforce, you will play a key strategic role in executing complex business operations. ## Responsibilities

- Develop an in-depth understanding of mobile planning, asset management, and integration technologies.

- Analyse market trends, competition, and technical architecture to position Salesforce's Field Service solution as the top choice for client needs.

- Provide actionable technical recommendations for large-scale production deployments.

- Lead technical design sessions, including workflow and business architecture aligned with client goals.

- Foster client relationships and establish technical credibility through discovery calls.

- Deliver high-level product demonstrations to key stakeholders and address questions to showcase Field Service solutions.

- Translate business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps leveraging Field Service, asset management, and mobility capabilities.

- Manage technical due diligence and risk assessment processes to ensure compliance with enterprise requirements for complex mobile and planning deployments.

## Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales software, consulting, or technical architecture, focusing on field service, asset management, or mobile workforce solutions.

- Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, management, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.

- Extensive expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including optimisation of planning, mobile capabilities, and asset management configuration.

- Proven ability to design and present end-to-end solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments.

- Experience facilitating technical discovery sessions and translating business needs into architectures and roadmaps.

- Strong executive-level interpersonal skills, comfortable delivering demonstrations and presenting technical recommendations to C-suite and VP-level executives.

- Demonstrated ability to manage technical due diligence and risk assessment processes in complex sales cycles.

- Familiarity with integration technologies and patterns related to field service environments (APIs, middleware, IoT).

- Experience in competitive positioning and knowledge of the field service technology landscape.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect).

- Experience in industries with high field service activity (utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, or similar).

- Background in customer success, professional services, or consulting teams.

- Knowledge of Agentforce, AI-driven planning, or agent workflow automation.

- History of developing client champions and technical trust relationships in enterprise accounts.
