## Description

Capital One's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Principal Associate, Recruiter to join their Tech Recruiting Team. The successful candidate will manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to Talent Acquisition teams, and participate in projects to enhance the recruiting experience.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand unique talent needs

- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating position descriptions, sourcing candidates, and negotiating job offers

- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent

- Work cross-functionally with a team of recruiters to promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion

- Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

- Source stellar candidates using innovative sourcing techniques

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification

- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting

- 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers

- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements

The role offers a competitive salary, performance-based incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $120,800 - $137,900 for McLean, VA and $109,900 - $125,400 for Richmond, VA.
