## Description

TaskUs is seeking a Spanish Customer Care Specialist to provide world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient, and respectful manner. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling technical-based customer assistance through chat and email, dealing with challenges faced in a customer-focused role, and participating in department initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical-based customer assistance through chat and email

- Deal with challenges faced in a customer-focused role

- Participate in department initiatives and provide feedback/updates

- Promote collaborative solutions and support colleagues/department

- Solve problems and think critically with the customer's interest and satisfaction as the primary goal

- Be social media savvy and able to communicate effectively verbally and in written format

**Role Requirements:**

- English and Spanish (B2/C1) speaking and writing

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, technical support, or IT functions

- Great communication skills, written and oral

- Ability to work independently and as a remote team player

- Adaptable and flexible with process and information changes

- Willing to participate in a background screening

- Proven customer communication experience (email and chat)

- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet and software applications
