## Description

We are seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead customer engagements and ensure that projects meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer project delivery for large and complex deals

- Provide reliable financial forecasts to management

- Manage business development and identify new opportunities

- Manage client relationships and communicate the value of our capabilities

- Lead project teams and mentor team members

- Develop and implement project management strategies

Requirements:

- First-level university degree

- 10 years of experience in project management or similar roles

- Demonstrated knowledge of key operational policies, processes, and methodologies

- PMP certification

- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
