## Description

We are seeking a Data Integration Developer to join our team at Barclays, where you will spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You will harness technology to revolutionise our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences.

The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and delivering high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives

- Participating in code reviews and promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing

- Staying informed of industry technology trends and innovations and contributing to the organisation's technology communities

- Adhering to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data

- Implementing effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability

As an Assistant Vice President, you will be expected to:

- Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function

- Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraise performance relative to objectives, and determine reward outcomes

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Experience with modern data tech stack, including AWS S3, Glue, Athena, and Databricks

- Extensive proficiency with MS SQL

- Previous data integration experience

Highly valued skills include:

- Agile product owner experience

- Solution architecture and good design practices

- Tech business analysis to understand large data models and complex domains

- C# and .NET

The salary range for this role is Kč 1,200,000.00 - Kč 1,683,000.00 per year.
