## Description

Mountain View House, located near Pontypool, is seeking Support Workers to join their team on 12.5-hour days, with shift patterns from 07:45-20:15.

The team at Mountain View House are dedicated to supporting seven autistic males and females to live as independently as possible and engage in fulfilling activities.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to the wellbeing of residents. You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities to promote resident wellbeing, dignity, and treatment.

The role requires resilience, empathy, and the ability to support others through challenging times.
