## Description

As a Virtual MSK Physiotherapist at Bupa, you will be working remotely with occasional attendance at a Bupa Centre. You will be providing a remote physiotherapy consultation service to Bupa Insurance Members, Occupational Health, and Corporate Customers.

The service operates between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday, and you will be expected to work flexible evening and weekend shifts, including at least one late weekday shift and one full weekend every 4 weeks.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering excellent standards of telephone assessment via video and audio capabilities

- Providing diagnosis, prescription of self-management techniques, and onward referral within the services

- Monitoring and following up complex cases and red flag cases, escalating where required

- Assessing customer needs and providing appropriate advice and support

- Managing customer pathways, delivering the most appropriate clinical outcomes at the best cost for the customer

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 2 years of UK post-qualification experience

- Strong experience equivalent to a band 6 or 7 physiotherapist in an MSK setting

- Up-to-date clinical practice and ability to maintain clinical competence

- Degree or equivalent and accredited with the HCPC

- Ability to evaluate, plan, and prioritise workload within demanding timescales

- Excellent application of clinical knowledge with the ability to respond rapidly and decisively
