## Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Soho House in Barcelona.

As a Bartender at Soho House, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to create memorable experiences for our members and guests. Your primary focus will be ensuring our drinks service meets the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing warm, friendly, and efficient service according to our steps of service

- Following our full allergy procedure to ensure the safety of our members, guests, and team

- Possessing a strong understanding of drink menus to make recommendations, pairings, and accommodate specific requests

- Efficiently making all drink orders as per specifications and timings

- Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and implemented

- Running drinks from the bar to tables when needed

- Verifying the age of guests when needed

- Reporting and resolving any complaints and handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism

Requirements:

- Up to 2 years of experience in a busy, high-profile venue

- Natural flair for first-class service

- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and experience preparing cocktails in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable, friendly, and able to be a key part of the team

- Passion for food, drink, and hospitality

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent customer service

- Fluent in English and Spanish

- Organized and reliable

- Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
