## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Bracknell Lexicon store. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and meet strong customer demand.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

Schedule:

- Sunday: 11:00-17:00

- Tuesday: 11:00-17:00

- Thursday: 11:00-17:00

- Friday: 11:00-17:00

- Saturday: 11:00-17:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
