## Description

We are seeking a passionate and committed Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) in Hounslow.

The successful candidate will provide highly specialist assessments and treatment for individuals with complex mental health conditions, both 1-1 and in groups.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing psychological consultation and guidance to the whole MDT

- Offering supervision and training for trainee and assistant psychologists

- Playing a key role in service developments and supporting audit and research

- Working with people from varied cultural backgrounds, including those seeking asylum

The ideal candidate will have post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology and be registered with HCPC.

The post is fixed term for 12 months, full-time, and based at Brentford Lodge, Boston Manor Road, London, TW8 8DS.

## Skills

### Required
- post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology
- HCPC registration
- experience working with complex mental health conditions
- ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team

### Nice to have
- experience of administration, scoring and written interpretation of formal personality tools and/or neuropsychological assessments
- knowledge of models of leadership and supervision
