## Description

Birches Grove, located in Parkend, Forest of Dean, is seeking Bank Support Workers to join their team.

The role involves being part of a compassionate team dedicated to supporting residents with learning disabilities or mental health needs to live healthy, happy, and independent lives.

## Key Responsibilities

As a Bank Support Worker, you will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed, and help facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.
