## Description

As a Senior Consultant, Professional Services (Revenue AI) at Gong, you will join a company that harnesses the power of AI to transform how revenue teams win.

You will work with a team that leads the activation of every new Enterprise customer and help shape the future of revenue intelligence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Owning the discovery, design, strategy, and business and privacy workshops across customer activations.

- Leading discovery workshops to surface business requirements and define the configuration and adoption approach.

- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, bringing industry knowledge and best practices.

- Translating real-world forecasting, pipeline, and sales engagement practices into well-designed platform solutions.

- Developing and delivering polished presentations and documentation.

- Mapping customer objectives to product use cases and demonstrating clear outcomes.

- Collaborating with Engagement Managers, Technical Architects, and Program Architects.

- Consulting on change management and adoption.

- Managing engagements to scope and timeline.

- Contributing to practice development.

You will also use Gong, AI, and automation to improve project planning, delivery, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

## Qualifications Required

- 4-6 years of experience within a go-to-market organisation or consulting environment.

- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

- Proven understanding of core revenue-generating activities.

- Experience producing polished, enterprise-grade deliverables.

- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems.
