## Description

You will connect with healthcare professionals across Mohali, building trust through clear, science-based information that supports improved patient care. Designing and delivering a territory plan focused on local needs and customer insights will be key to your success. By collaborating with colleagues across teams, you will help address challenges and improve patient access.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners in your territory.

- Develop and execute a territory business plan based on customer insight and local patient needs.

- Share clear and accurate science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.

- Record and report activities, outcomes, and customer insights accurately using company systems and tools.

- Collaborate with colleagues across functions to meet customer needs and improve patient access.

- Continuously update your knowledge of clinical evidence, market trends, and ways to enhance your performance.

Basic Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.

- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in field sales, medical business, or territory management roles.

- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Punjabi or other local languages is a plus.

- Basic digital skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Right to work in India.
