## Description

We are seeking an experienced O2C & Export Specialist to join our team in international markets. You will be responsible for managing and improving the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including export compliance, shipment execution, and stakeholder management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and improve the end-to-end O2C process for assigned international markets

- Oversee order processing, transport planning, and shipment execution

- Ensure export compliance with customs and legal requirements

- Track shipments and maintain service reliability using BI tools

- Handle invoicing, credit notes, returns, and claims

- Support credit risk and dunning activities

- Identify and resolve operational risks across the supply chain

- Ensure smooth product transitions across markets

- Support product launches, packaging changes, and lifecycle activities

- Maintain material, customer, and pricing data in core systems

- Manage communication with subsidiaries, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations

- Drive process and system improvements, and advance digitalization and automation initiatives

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in international O2C, export, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG/CPG

- University degree in Business or Supply Chain, or 7+ years of relevant experience

- Fluent English; German is a plus

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM/TM), BI tools, and MS Office

- Experience managing complex international supply chain setups

- Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process understanding

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities

- High reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
