As an Analyst in the Supply Analytics team based in Bangkok, you will be responsible for identifying new partners and opportunities, cultivating relationships with them, and working together to deliver the best outcome for our end customers. You will manage day-to-day interactions with partners and collaborate with other teams within Agoda to ensure partners' needs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

- Translating internal briefs into analytical projects

- Analyzing data from multiple large-scale data warehouses and presenting statistically strong analysis to business stakeholders

- Proactively identifying opportunities for growth within supply and the wider business

- Driving new analytical initiatives and projects aimed at improving organisational efficiency and shaping Agoda supply

- Identifying, supporting, and leading projects aimed at scaling up the way the Supply organisation leverages data, insights, and intelligence

- Automating manual operational processes and presenting back on time savings gained through modernisation of business operations

Requirements:

- At least 2-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BI

- Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualisation tools such as Tableau

- Expert domain of data analysis and data visualisation tools and software such as Excel, Python (or R)

- Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject

- A good understanding of statistical modelling knowledge or any machine learning technique knowledge

- Good stakeholder management experience

- Experience in conducting A/B testing experimentation

- Strong experience in finding data insights and providing business recommendations

- Excellent communicator with superior written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
