## Description

Mejuri is looking for a Floor Lead to join their store team at Washington Square in Tigard. As a Floor Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

- Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience

- Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Participate in inventory management, order fulfillment, and store organization

- Support in maintaining visual merchandising standards and store displays

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives

- Participate in onboarding and assessing employee performance

Requirements:

- Experience in a high-volume retail environment

- Adaptable with excellent organization and analytical skills

- Critical thinking ability to identify potential challenges and develop action plans

- Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
