## Description

We are seeking a Vice President to lead our Network Management and Participant Services team at HKEX. As part of the Post Trade department, you will be responsible for maintaining orderly, fair, and expeditious clearing and settlement arrangements for securities, on-exchange derivatives, and OTC derivatives markets.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement proposals with proper internal controls.

- Build relationships with local infrastructure chain partners, including banks, brokers, exchanges, and regulators.

- Support business transformation and enhancement strategies.

- Collaborate with various teams to design and push forward post-trade business agendas.

- Provide training to clearing participants to improve enquiry efficiency and introduce new products or services.

- Manage market feedback and navigate client requests.

- Direct post-trade related projects and guide internal stakeholders.

- Stay updated on market developments and publish market newsflashes.

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

- At least 7-10 years of experience in post-trade related products and services.

- Strong leadership and people management experience.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Self-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.

- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent presentation and written/spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.

- Conversant with MS Office applications.
