## Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Associate Director, Insurance Advisory 1.

In this role you will:

- Provide specialist advice on HSBC insurance solutions to clients and drive high net worth sales across strategic partnerships.

- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to drive insurance sales and referral activities.

- Manage sales planning and pipeline prioritization activities.

- Act as subject matter expert and provide training to the floor on insurance.

- Manage insurance brokers to ensure their business productivity and service level.

- Ensure insurance sales and referral processes comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.

To be successful you will need:

- Insurance license with 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in High Net Worth Market, with knowledge of wealth planning and Trust and PIC holding structures.

- Broad knowledge of insurance products, particularly whole of life, universal life, savings, and private placement life insurance (PPLI).

- Proven track record in insurance sales.

- Strong business mindset and self-driven character.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Independent and able to work under pressure.

- Client-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.

- Fluency in written and verbal English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
