## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Associate, RWLP to join their Clinical Solutions team. As a Project Associate, you will drive the planning and execution of elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead. You will ensure projects adhere to strict timelines and are delivered within budget. You will also coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the efficient execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the planning and execution of elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead.

- Ensure projects adhere to strict timelines and are delivered within budget.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the efficient execution of projects.

- Conduct ongoing analysis of project performance to drive the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

- Maintain and distribute study-specific financial reports and contribute to study’s financial health using financial processes and systems.

- Document project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.

- Lead communication between project team members, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and changes.

- Document and escalate project risks and issues and drive timely follow-through and completion.

- Maintain systems and project management tools and methodologies.

- Drive quality assurance activities, including preparation for audits and internal review, prepare documentation and follow through to resolution on actionable issues.
