As a Field Service Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop the team, oversee daily field service operations, and monitor KPIs, callbacks, labor hours, service quality, and overall department performance.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop the team

- Oversee daily field service operations

- Enter daily huddle numbers

- Navigate customer complaints and concerns

- Gather equipment and materials for installs

- Answer questions about WaterFurnace geothermal

- Coordinate with dispatch to assign technicians and resources

- Monitor KPIs, callbacks, labor hours, and service quality

- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable

- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard technicians

- Identify training needs and help technicians develop their skills

- Ensure OSHA, safety, and company standards are followed

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses

- Partner with teams to improve operations

- Identify problems and implement solutions

- Build a positive, accountable team

Requirements:

- Deep expertise in residential HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service work

- Strong operational and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable managing KPIs, productivity, revenue, and service performance

- Ability to handle customer escalations and high-pressure situations

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Safety-focused with knowledge of OSHA and field safety requirements

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
