## Description

As a Senior Operations Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing items in accordance with Bank policy and Federal compliance.

The ideal candidate will flawlessly track and document processes to ensure a positive customer experience.

This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.

**Responsibilities:**

- Process items in accordance with Bank and Federal Policy

- Adhere to processing deadlines

- Collaborate with supporting departments to execute daily processes and operations

- Identify trends and defects to develop process improvements

- Escalate situations appropriately

**Location:** This role is an essential position and requires onsite attendance. The team currently operates with 5 days in the office and 0 days working from home.

**Department Hours:**

- Bank by Mail: 8:00am - 4:30pm EST (Monday-Friday)

- Items Processing (IP): 8:00am - 12:00am EST (Monday-Friday, Saturday rotation with in-week flex-off options on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

**Schedules will be confirmed at the time of offer and require potential for late shift & weekend availability**

**Basic Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

- At least 1 year of customer service experience

- At least 2 years of data entry experience

- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- At least 3 years of data entry experience

- At least 1 year of experience within the financial industry

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: Richmond, VA: $49,774 - $49,774
