## Description

We are seeking an Associate - Fire to join our Building Specialists team in India. You will be responsible for managing fire engineering services on projects of all scales.

Responsibilities:

- Manage fire engineering services on projects

- Prepare fee proposals and project management for iCRC scope of works

- Develop fire strategies for stations and associated ancillary buildings

- Conduct fire risk assessments for compliance with relevant fire safety codes

- Liaise with UK/internal design teams to develop fire engineering designs

- Ensure coordination across multidisciplinary teams

- Collaborate with project leadership to define project scope, programme, deliverables, and resource requirements

- Take a proactive approach in developing projects and working with the design team

- Peer review technical work prepared by others

- Design specification of fire safety systems

- Organise qualitative design reviews (QDRs) for major projects

- Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior and senior team members

- Support staff development and training initiatives

- Enhance team capability and maintain high technical competence standards

Requirements:

- BEng/BSc/MEng in Electrical/Mechanical/Fire Engineering

- Working towards professional qualifications such as IEng or CEng status with CIBSE/IET/IFE

- Minimum 15 years of experience

- Knowledge of fire safety, fire fighting, fire detection, fire suppression, risk assessment, fire alarm system, and fire engineering
