## Description

We are seeking a highly respected Registered Nurse to join our team at Cleveland House Bupa Care Home in Huddersfield. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives.

You will be responsible for:

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

- Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard

- Confidence in offering clinical guidance for care teams and being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks

- Effective communication and reporting skills

- Strong critical thinking skills, confidence, and self-reliance, particularly when working alone at night

The salary for this role is £18.09 - £21.12 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a 36-hour contract, including days and nights, with a welcome bonus and paid breaks.
