## Description

As a temporary associate converting to a full-time employee at ShipBob, you will be part of a fast-growing company that provides a leading global supply chain and fulfillment technology platform for SMB and Mid-Market ecommerce merchants.

You will work in one of several teams, including Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other duties as required. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling, storing, and distributing products in a safe and efficient manner

- Following standard operating procedures and reporting any concerns related to product condition or integrity

- Supporting traceability through accurate record-keeping and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness

- Working scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends, as needed

- Lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking continuously during an 8-10 hour shift, bending, stooping, reaching above, and pushing/pulling frequently

To be successful in this role, you should:

- Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends, as needed

- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction

- Be able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift

- Be able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently

- Be willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed

- Be able to adapt to change quickly

- Be extremely detail-oriented

- Have the ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities

- Be looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company

- Be 18 or older

Previous warehouse experience is not required, and you will go through a 7-day training program.
