## Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Website Marketing Strategist to join our Consumer Bank Marketing team. As a Website Strategist Senior Associate, you will leverage your experience in marketing strategy to support comprehensive marketing campaigns and bring innovative site projects to life.

**Strategy & Optimization**

- Translate business goals into actionable website strategies, including user journeys, landing page structures, and content flows.

- Leverage site analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize website content to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates.

- Support the creation of intent decks, creative briefs, and monitoring documentation to clearly define project intent and success.

**Project Management & Execution**

- Act as the project lead for site updates, product launches, and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with initial strategy.

- Conduct pre-launch QA to ensure all web content matches expected updates.

**Stakeholder Management & Collaboration**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, product, legal, compliance, and external agencies.

- Act as an advocate for the website in partner conversations, identifying ways the site can support marketing initiatives and driving internal linking opportunities.

- Build presentation materials and documentation to effectively communicate with stakeholders and influence outcomes.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree or military experience.

- At least 3 years of experience in consumer marketing, communications, or project management.

- At least 3 years of experience executing cross-channel marketing communication campaigns.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Marketing experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

- Experience working on website strategy, ideation, and execution.

**Salary Information**

- McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 per year.

- Wilmington, DE: $87,700 - $100,100 per year.
