## Description

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager to oversee teams and drive successful customer outcomes with implementations. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional services, consulting, or program/project management experience, and 3+ years managing complex technology implementations.

**Your Impact** As an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager, you will:

- Serve as the overall leader of the project team, ensuring strong communication channels and giving clarity, motivation, and direction to the team

- Be the primary customer interface, performing project management activities to ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology, project gates, and governance

- Build and lead project plans, supervise and review project progress and timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects

- Drive teams through the software engineering experience using Agile and demonstrated analytical and technical skills

- Supervise utilization of project resources in alignment with resource allocation and budget

- Lead one or two large projects or programs, or a couple of small to medium-sized interrelated projects

- Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from delivering on project goals

- Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with crafting project deliverables and Salesforce documentation as needed

- Work as an extension of the account team to extend the Salesforce footprint

- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, risk and issue management, communication, and business organizational change

- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business end users, including coordination and user acceptance sign-off

**Basic Qualifications**

- 7+ years of professional services, consulting, or program/project management experience

- 3+ years managing complex technology implementations (Salesforce platform experience strongly preferred)

- Proven experience in project management, including external client projects with a specific focus on software development, CRM, and SaaS environments

- Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce a project plan, and to collaborate to gather information, such as estimates, as input to the project plan

- Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings with client executives, mentor teams of senior team members, and proactively manage project risks

- Demonstrated project management skills, with direct responsibility for leading project teams of 20+ members and managing budgets and schedules

- Demonstrated ability to have difficult conversations

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget, with strong budget management skills

- Ability to manage and maintain clear communication with remote consultants

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment

- Proficiency in Spanish and English

- Availability to travel regionally, and occasionally internationally, depending on customer needs
