## Description

We are seeking a Sales Director to manage sales and set the strategic direction for our Cash Management engagement across a broad portfolio of clients including corporates, funds, and insurance. The successful candidate will provide support to the bank's senior management team and manage sales risk across the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategic direction for sales, including up-to-date methodologies and processes

- Manage sales, including oversight of colleagues and their performance, implementation of departmental goals and objectives, and oversight of department efficiency and effectiveness

- Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify market opportunities

- Manage sales risk, including identification of potential risks, development of strategies to mitigate those risks, and maintenance of alignment between the bank’s sales and compliance functions

- Monitor the financial performance of the sales department, including revenue, profitability, and cost control

**Requirements:**

- Strong sales mindset with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Solid technical knowledge in liquidity management, payments solutions, and regulatory frameworks

- Experience in Transactional FX is an advantage

- Ability to work in a matrix organisation, with strong stakeholder management and energy

**What We Offer:**

- Entry salary: €120,000.00

- Upper salary: €185,000.00
