## Description

We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Chicago, IL. As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. You will work closely with leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and optimize the performance and engagement of individuals and teams.

Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance to leaders and team members on HR-related matters

- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals

- Analyze and resolve complex HR issues

- Collaborate with leaders to build high-performing teams

- Communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization

Requirements:

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience

- Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to understand policies and procedures and relate them to others

- Basic knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365)
