## Description

As a Machine Mechanic at 3M Peltor Sweden, you will be part of a great team responsible for maintaining molding tools in good condition and ensuring a safe working environment for employees.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing preventive, corrective, and emergency actions on molding tools

- Making minor adjustments

- Participating in EHS activities

- Contributing to day-to-day operations, specifically the tier process

Requirements:

- Workshop education or a couple of years of experience in the profession

- Basic knowledge of molding tools

- Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics

- Ability to operate workshop machinery such as milling machines and lathes

- Understanding of blueprints

- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong focus on EHS topics and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace

- Proficiency in Swedish

Preferred qualifications:

- Proactive mindset with the ability to prevent incidents or breakdowns

- English language skills
