## Description

We are seeking a Bank Housekeeper to join our team at Bromley Road Hospital in Catford. As a Bank Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our service users. You will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitor areas.

You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and be able to confidently deliver cleaning services. As a bank staff member, you will enjoy the flexibility to choose shifts that align with your schedule, with a hourly rate of £13.11, including a 12.07% pay uplift, and weekly pay.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures

- Be an active member of the team with a range of responsibility over the day-to-day operation

- Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and ability to meet and greet visitors in a professional manner

- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users

- Help create a positive culture

- Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post

- Attend mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment

- Enjoy cleaning and get satisfaction from a job well done

- Prioritise duties and responsibilities effectively

- Be a good communicator

- Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
