## Description

We are seeking a Distribution Partner Manager to join our commercial team in Porto Alegre, Brazil. As a Distribution Partner Manager, you will be the key contact between Red Bull and our distributor, ensuring that sales targets are met and our strategy is implemented effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with our distributor and major clients in the Off Premise channel

- Disseminate Red Bull values and lifestyle

- Lead by example, both in the field and back office

- Set distribution and coverage targets with the distributor, and break them down internally across teams

- Analyse sales results, identify issues, and propose action plans

- Train and support the distributor's sales force, providing feedback and leading by example

- Manage implementation of marketing materials and programs

- Ensure KPIs are met

- Balance field and office work to maintain presence with the distributor's team and participate in internal Red Bull meetings

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Valid driver's license (Category B)

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Fluency in English (advanced level a plus)

- Experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry

- Experience in sales force leadership (direct or indirect)

- Experience with point-of-sale execution
