As a Temporary Seasonal Stock & Tills Assistant, you'll be the face of the till point and a stock champion. You'll spend most of your time serving customers at the till point and replenishing stock, ensuring every interaction is warm, friendly, and memorable.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Serving customers at the till point and replenishing stock

- Sharing your passion for our products and talking confidently about our ranges, values, and in-store services

- Engaging with customers on the shop floor and identifying their needs

- Representing our ethics and values by talking about our campaigns, charity products, and the ways we aim to make the world a better place

- Managing and processing stock efficiently, including deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation

- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards and ensuring displays are clean, well-stocked, and reflective of seasonal trends

- Communicating effectively with your team and asking for help when needed

- Supporting your teammates and sharing responsibilities

- Taking direction and feedback well, and using it as an opportunity to learn and grow
