## Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest service, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales growth.

**Hourly Rate:** The starting hourly rate is $16.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $16.25 USD - $24.40 USD per hour.

**Responsibilities:** As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will:

- Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and thanking guests, and exceeding their service expectations

- Maintain store appearance, including stocking, setting, and selling Target products

- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests

- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance necessary

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you should:

- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Be able to work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
