## Description

Join Ford of Mexico's Human Resources team as an HR Business Operations- Ford Champ. You'll play a vital role in defining, developing, and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide HR support to different areas of the business, advising on personnel-related matters.

- Support onboarding and internal mobility processes.

- End-to-end support in the logistics, design, and execution of events.

- Serve as the first point of contact for Champs' questions.

- Coordinate and consolidate Purchase Orders (POs).

- Execute the Performance Champs project.

- Adapt the People Cycle Plan to the specific needs of the Champs.

- Implement indicators to measure the conversion rate of Champs into Full-Time roles and evaluate their subsequent performance.

- Translate business needs into data-driven insights to support HR decision-making.

- Participate in AI-applied HR projects and digital transformation initiatives.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Internship, academic project, or other practical experience related to human resources, data analysis, or a related area is valued.

- English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

**Nice to have**

- Additional training or experience in data science, analytics, or statistics is a plus.

- Familiarity with Python or SQL is also a plus.
