## Description

We are seeking a motivated Parts Service Assistant to join our new Porsche Approved & Service Centre in Waiblingen.

As a Parts Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Providing customer support and advice on parts and accessories, acting as a liaison between the workshop and service teams

- Ensuring optimal parts and accessories supply to increase customer satisfaction and maximise market potential in the service sector

- Receiving and processing customer requests and inquiries, checking availability and delivery times

Requirements:

- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or technical vocational training in the automotive industry

- Experience in parts service within a car dealership is desirable

- In-depth product knowledge, experience in accessories sales, and organisational skills to ensure smooth parts service operations

- Customer-focused thinking and behaviour

- Independent and meticulous work style
