As a Lead Product Manager, you'll own Insights, building the personalised health layer that turns each patient's data into visible progress, progress into insight, and insight into the next action.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the vision and roadmap for Insights across Juniper and our brands

- Execute quickly and deliver globally, designing experiences that drive engagement, habit formation, and long-term retention

- Drive patient outcomes, engagement, and retention, using data and patient insight to understand what's working and what needs to change

- Raise the bar on craft, partnering with design and clinicians to set a high standard for quality

- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, data, design, and engineering to deliver cohesive end-to-end outcomes

**About You:** You're a high-agency individual with 5+ years of experience in product management, professional services, or other high-growth startup roles.
