## Description

We are seeking an experienced O2C & Export Specialist to join our International Customer Service team in a long-term role with ownership across international markets.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for their markets and act as a key interface across internal and external stakeholders. This role combines O2C ownership, export expertise, and supply chain coordination in one broad, high-impact position.

Based in Elsbethen, you will manage your markets with a high degree of autonomy, ensure a stable flow of goods, and drive process improvements.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and improve the end-to-end O2C process for assigned international markets, including order processing, transport planning, shipment execution, and export compliance

- Track shipments through delivery and maintain service reliability using BI tools

- Handle invoicing, credit notes, returns, and claims, and support credit risk and dunning activities

- Identify and resolve operational risks across the supply chain

- Ensure smooth product transitions across markets by supporting product launches, packaging changes, and lifecycle activities

- Maintain material, customer, and pricing data in core systems

- Manage communication with subsidiaries, distribution partners, co-packers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders

- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Business Applications, Data, and Commercial teams

- Drive process and system improvements, advancing digitalization and automation initiatives

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in international O2C, export, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG/CPG

- University degree in Business or Supply Chain, or 7+ years of relevant experience

- Fluent English; German is a plus

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM/TM), BI tools, and MS Office

- Experience managing complex international supply chain setups

- Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process understanding

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities

- High reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
