## Description

We’re looking for an AML Investigations Team Lead to join our team in Tallinn. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission by helping identify suspicious activity and ensuring Wise remains compliant.

As an AML Investigations Team Lead, your primary duties include building and developing your team, optimizing operational processes, and collaborating with other teams to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the AML Investigations team:

**Leadership**

- Build, lead, and develop a team of AML Investigators with a strong sense of community and shared purpose.

- Empower your team by providing the necessary tools and training to excel in their roles.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, adapting your leadership style to meet the needs of your team members.

**Performance and Operations**

- Measure and work towards improving team KPIs, ensuring the team meets performance metrics and regulatory standards.

- Initiate and support operational process changes to enhance team performance and efficiency.

- Collaborate with other leads, product teams, and developers to manage the operational impact of changes and identify opportunities for automation and improved customer experience.
